*It is mandatory for patrons aged 13-15 years to take an orientation prior to using the gym. The cost is $26.25. This is policy and is non-negotiable. Adult orientations are free of charge and optional. Please call the Community Centre Front Desk to book your appointment.

*10 and 30 use passes expire one year from the date of purchase, and unused passes will be forfeited. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Access any fitness facility for two dollars on Tuesdays.
When you attend one facility, you may transfer to another facility (including courts) the same day for only $1.00.
Note: Transfer passes DO NOT apply on Toonie Tuesdays.

For patrons using the Drop-In system, you must pay at the Front Desk prior to using the gym. For reader card access, patrons are required to have a proximity reader card. The cards cost $10.00. The renewal cost is $1.00. Cards are 90% ($9.00) refundable upon return.
The Rock Pit Gym is open from 12:00 PM–3:00 PM on the following statutory holidays:
- Canada Day (July)
- BC Day (August)
- Labour Day (September)
- Family Day (February)
Health & Waiver Forms
The District of Tumbler Ridge requires all users to fill out a Get Active Health Questionnaire, as recommended by Health Canada, and a waiver form. These must be filled out before starting gym use and must be updated every year.
