The District of Tumbler Ridge offers a wide variety of accessible recreational programs and activities. The Community Centre, along with clubs and organizations, will provide opportunities to participate in programs, social events, health and wellness programs and cultural activities.

TR Rippers Quilt Guild


(all ages)
A group of local women getting together twice a week to share new ideas and patterns for quilt making.

Come out and share your patterns, quilting tips and workshops.

Tumbler Ridge Community Garden & Composting Club

Forever Young Society


The One Stop Shop is operated by volunteers as a resource and information corner as well as a gathering place for social activities. Located at Willow Hall.

Lions Club of TR / Lions Club Bingo


The Lion’s Club meets the first Thursday’s of each month in Room 3 of the TR Community Centre. Contact Frank Walsh at 250-242-4609 or Elaine Cooper at 250-242-3536 for more information.

Lions Club Bingo on Mondays at 7:00 pm in room 5 of the Tumbler Ridge Community Centre. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Bingo to take place on Tuesdays if Monday is a stat holiday. For more information contact Frank Walsh at 250-242-4609.
