Building & Utilities Permit Applications
Tumbler Ridge is experiencing an unprecedented level of investment in new construction and renovations. The building permit office was established to assist the people carrying out these projects to do so in a way that upholds community development objectives and ensures public safety. We encourage everyone considering a construction project to make contact with the Building Official at the earliest of planning stages to avoid unnecessary work and wasted time.

It is important to note that the responsibility lies on the building owner to ensure that a building permit is acquired before any work is done and to arrange for an inspection.

Inspections are carried out by Ken Klikach, Building Official 250-257-0214
